Thank you for shopping with STACK NATION LLC. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Shipping Carriers

We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service). At checkout, you will be able to choose your preferred shipping method based on speed and cost.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

  • Orders placed after 3 PM EST may be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

USPS Priority Mail 2–3 business days
UPS Ground 1–5 business days
UPS 2nd Day Air 2 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or holidays may occur.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes using UPS.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, your shipment may be delayed or returned to sender. STACK NATION LLC is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

STACK NATION LLC is not liable for any lost or damaged packages after they have been shipped. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Returns must be requested and initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

To start a return, please email stacknationllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
